Individual Coaching is our coaching service for the athlete who needs a custom-tailored Training Plan with regular email support from our coaches.
San Diego athletes will have the benefit of joining ou weekly group workouts:
Tuesday at 6:15 am (University City Physical therapy - www.ucpt.com ) - Race simulation BRICK (Bike/Run) workouts where you'll develop speed and pain threshold needed for your races. All levels of abilities are welcome. Please bring your bike and bike trainer. Workouts are designed with the athlete in mind from short to long distance. Free parking and showers. Drop in fee available for $10
Thursday at 6:15 am (Rose Canyon Trails - End/South of Regents Rd) - Run group workout with focus on technique, speed and motor skills development. Drop in fee available for $10
Swim Clinic (Shiley Sports and Health Center - 10820 N. Torrey Pines Rd. La Jolla, Ca 92037) - Once a month (usually Saturdays at 10:30am) we have a swim Stroke Analysis session with myself and a swim coach specialist. All athletes are filmed to improve stroke mechanics.
