Greg PRs at Ironman Hawaii 2007

Another hot day in Kona.....

Even the 95F heat and strong cross winds in Havi were not enough to stop our stud athlete Greg Price. Greg posted an impressive 9:39h, placed in the top 160 and PRed by 20 min. Way to go Greg!!

James Cotter is 6th overall in Texas

James was first out of the water, faded a little on the bike but a with strong run caught the leader.

Unfortunately severe leg cramps forced James to slow down losing the first postion, finishing 6th overall at the Longhorn Half Iron Triathlon

In my first year training under Sergio I had 3 age-group wins and 5 top-ten overalls and I took almost 18 minutes off my Ironman PR (9:39 at the Ironman World Championship).  I credit my breakthrough season to Sergio’s emphasis on proper technique and speed work.   His personalized training program, progress tracking, and intense workouts were also key to my increased speed this year.
