More 70.3 Podiums !!!

At the Ironman 70.3 Texas this weekend we had one more great result! Amy MacGrath was 1st on the 40-44AG. Rough swim conditions and fierce winds on the bike were not a problem for Amy. Next is IM CDA !

Christina Jackson is 1st in New Orleans!

Great results at the Ironman 70.3 New Orleans!

Despite the rough swim conditions, wind on the bike and hot and humid weather, Sergio Borges X Training athletes excelled once again !!!

Christina Jackson - 1st AG and 11th Overal with a PR of 4:43

Gilbert Fisch - 5th AG and a course PR

Kelli Montgomery - Unfortunately crashed on the first miles of the bike course... But tough Kelli decided to finish the bike but the pain on hips and ribs were unbearable for the run. But Kelli is fit and will be back strong for Eagleman.

Jolene Wilkinson came to the race after been sick and training all winter in cold weather of Utah. She fought hard and finish the race, not a PR but a great mental strength training! Jolene will be ready for the season of OD and 70.3 Races !

In my first year training under Sergio I had 3 age-group wins and 5 top-ten overalls and I took almost 18 minutes off my Ironman PR (9:39 at the Ironman World Championship).  I credit my breakthrough season to Sergio’s emphasis on proper technique and speed work.   His personalized training program, progress tracking, and intense workouts were also key to my increased speed this year.
