These tips are not a diet but simply things you can add to your routine that will give you immense benefit! I did not explain what it does otherwise this message would be too long but please feel free to ask me the "whys"

These tips are not a diet but simply things you can add to your routine that will give you immense benefit! I did not explain what it does otherwise this message would be too long but please feel free to ask me the "whys"

1 - Eat only 3 meals a day!

Just like the old days, no more snacks because all they do is to produce insulin and prevent your body from using fat as source of energy

2 - Your first and last meal of the day should have less carbs so if you are planning to eat pasta, do it on your lunch

3 - Always eat protein and fat with your carbs.

 4 - Never eat carbs first especially sugary carbs like bread! Eat protein and/or fat (cheese for example), wait 10' then eat your carbs.

5 - Always take some "acid" when planning on eating carbs. By acid I mean, lemon juice, vinegar or fermented foods like pickles for example.

6 - Take a shot of lemon juice with propolis when you wake up every morning.

7 - Always drink a big glass of water when you wake up. Add salt if you are fasting for long period of time.

8 -  Add at least 3 anti-inflammatory foods to your diet (See pic above)

9 - Take Apple Cider vinegar after each meal

10 - Have dinner at least 3.5 hours before you go to bed
